SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are hand made in our New York studio within 10-14 days after the order is placed. An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
• If any gems or materials part of your order are out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail with an approximate status and lead time. Most back orders ship within 4-6 weeks.

US ORDERS

• Orders shipped UPS standard ground. We cannot ship UPS packages to P.O. boxes and are not responsible for UPS delays in shipping or delivery.
• Deliveries are drop off and do not include a signature unless specified. UPS will email a tracking number once order begins shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Orders are billed in US dollars and shipped via UPS standard international.
• Duties and taxes are not included in the Roni Blanshay shipping charge.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for credit only.  Return Authorizations (RA) requests are needed by email at rbdesigns@roniblanshay.com, otherwise are not accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in original condition, must be unworn.  

All items must be properly packaged with padding to ensure against damage in transit.  Return packages should be insured and with the RA# (return authorization number) visible. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the package. Roniblanshay.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.

REPAIRS: 
We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from roniblanshay.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a proof of purchase.  Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. Some items might be non-repairable.
